New "News / Updates" feature active

Go ahead and check it out. You should be able to search, comment on, vote karma points, etc. on all of the entries in the "News / Rumors" and "Site Updates" sections.

Be sure to email me if you see any weirdness with the layout or color schemes... I think I got it all squared away.
